Fante Wikimedians Community is a volunteer-led nonprofit organisation registered in Ghana in December 2025. The Board provides strategic oversight, while the operational team coordinates programmes, volunteer support, partnerships, communications, finance, and administration.

Activity reports, grant reports, annual summaries, and available financial statements will be published here as they are approved and ready for public release. Personal donor information and restricted financial details will not be published.

Funding and donor principles

  • Donations are used to advance the organisation’s mission and approved activities.
  • Donors do not receive editorial control over Wikimedia content or community decisions.
  • Restricted donations are accepted only when the restriction is consistent with the mission and can be managed responsibly.
  • Public donor recognition is optional and requires consent.
  • Conflicts of interest should be disclosed and managed through the organisation’s governance processes.
