Friendly space
Participants should be treated with dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and disruptive conduct are not welcome at online or in-person activities.
Safeguarding
Activities involving young people or vulnerable participants should use appropriate supervision, consent, privacy, and reporting procedures. Concerns should be shared promptly with the designated event or community lead.
Privacy
Personal information should only be collected for a clear community purpose, kept securely, shared only when authorised, and removed when no longer required. This static website does not use advertising trackers.
Financial transparency
Community grants, donations, sponsorships, and in-kind support should use approved organisational processes, documented oversight, and appropriate public reporting.
